Chelsea are
ready to test Greg Dyke's new rules on work permits for players outside
the European Union by attempting to bring 19-year-old Brazilian Kenedy
into their first-team squad.
Chelsea
are hoping to take up their £6.7million option on Kenedy after the
winger impressed in his first-half performance against Barcelona in
Washington DC on Tuesday night.
But FA chairman Dyke has insisted on imposing a new points system to stop clubs abusing the previously lax work permit criteria.
